   1. Look over the concept map of the key terms and look at a glossary of the key terms.
   2. Test yourself on the key terms.

2. Get a better sense of what research is like by participating in a study.
3. Get a better idea of the steps involved in conducting a study by reading Web Appendix C: "Conducting a Study"
4. Get more ideas on how to use theory to support your hypothesis by reading Web Appendix T:  "Using Theory to Generate Ideas." 
5. If you have a research hypothesis that you want to test, download a program that will help you get started on writing the introduction section of your proposal.
